QNAP [ Emby ] [ 3.5.2.0 ] Media server

Hey thanks dude. Much appreciation. I tried this package and for the first time I got some pictures and it was a little responsive too and then the same issues @ruisu15 and I reported reoccured. I lost access to the web. The browser will keep trying which means the server is up but could never connect.

I can't think of anything else that could be the issue. I think at this point its time to join the Emby forum, if you have some time, and ask the dev team some questions on how to solve some of these issues. I know we are currently on the right mono version since that's the one dev recommended.

I can feel it. We are close to having a working package.

I am on the other thread, just compiled an new ImageMagick, for test purpose, if you want have a try


here is Qmono 3.10.0.1 with an ImageMagick updated to 6.9.1 (added djvulibre + enable modules + HDRI enable and removed OpenMP)

I m waiting for the the next release to embed Imagick with delegates (libpng, libjpg and libwepb), instead of use the Qmono version will be more simple, I think

Chez moi les vignette ne s'affiche pas, est ce que quelqu'un as déjà eu ce problème.
Impossible d'afficher les affiches du film .
 
@QoolBox this qpkg is working so much better. The only issues I am currently facing may be Emby related.

1. Slow response from the server when browsing and surfing the web client or any other client. (Emby dev may need to do some code clean up and optimization)
2. App needs to be update through github so users can select which branch they want to upgrade from. I personally like running dev since it has the latest and greatest fixing. Occasionally some issues. (@QoolBox)
3. No restart buttom from the server admin web page (Emby dev)
4. Random HTTP timeouts during requests.
5. Unable to successfully uninstall plugins (Emby dev) - I uninstalled Radeon's plugins but the schedule tasks remained behind.

that also my feeling i quickly test on my dev NAS (TS-253-PRO) with Qmono 4.0.1 (even it is not the recommend version) on my side it runs smoothly

but i dont have big media library on this one

don't know how i cant do that, i think it on Emby dev side to do that (git binairy is already in Qmono PATH)

which issue you talking about, i also published same package on official Qnap forum
 
I posted that same comment on Emby site. Perhaps someone from the dev team can enlighten us on the binary pull. Getting this done would be so much easier than having to maintain the plugin and update it every time Emby releases a new version.

The userid of the person asking for assistance is Rew452 in page two of the post.

Noone is going to qnap forum for support. They will go to Emby first because that's where the development is. Similarly to plex. Everyone goes to the plex forum for all their plex qnap related issues. They have a designated section for qnap :)
